Data collection PG

I have a list of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 company names in the U.S. that need to have additional information searched and entered into a spread sheet. Fields such as address, city, state and zip code, phone number, contact person for purchasing and fitness director, website address and number of locations need to be searched and entered. I need someone that will do this with a human search and not simply scraping the internet to prevent errors. I will check this list before final payment is made, so please follow this process I describe below.
