Data Entry - repost

I will provide names, address, phone, email, etc. etc on a pdf file. I need the information put in an excel spread sheet under company, contact, phone, mobile, fax, email, address, city, state, ID\\r\\n\\r\\neach set will be given a specific ID.\\r\\n\\r\\nsome names an email will need to be entered\\r\\n\\r\\nThere are approximately 500 or so names. maybe less maybe more\\r\\n\\r\\none set will be on the internet to scrape the other are on pdf.
