Data Entry / Excel / Zen Cart database setup

Looking for someone to take my distributers files (txt/csv) and create a master spreadsheet that can be uploaded with APSONA to my zen cart website. The first distributer isn't so bad to setup, the second one will require a lot of work (which includes searching their site for full descriptions). The spreadsheets should allow me to copy/paste the updated product data onto it and automatically update the fields needed to upload to apsona. I have attached in a zip the first distributers file. I have also attached the excel file I created where I cut and paste the new product data and the fields autopopulate how I need them uploaded. I also attached the second distributers file so you can see how much work will be needed to get it right. I need to go the next step and create the attributes file, product cross reference and multiple images. Once complete, I have further work that needs to be done setting up my products on amazon, google and yahoo along with some SEO stuff. So I'm looking for a long term relationship with someone that I can have do work every so often, etc... Thanks
