Project goal: To accurately capture Event Details and associated Contact Detail data for period Jan-Dec 2014 from various specified Triathlon and Running event listing websites and make it accessible in Excel SS format – tabbed for each website and with data in individual columns as requested. Websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We will need the following fields captured (where available): • Event Date (Day/Month/Year) • Event Distance • Size of entrant field: (number of participants) • Event name • Event Organizing Company Name • Event Contact Name • Contact Email • Phone 1 • Phone 2 • Awards/ Mementoes (what is given to the participants) • Event Web URL We also want: • All duplicate events to be removed (particularly in the Triathlon events where there are two resources being used) • Comparison made to last year’s file ( please see attached File: RACETEAMPROJECTupdatedMarch2013) and any NEW events in 2014 ( that didn’t exist in 2013 list) to be highlighted in yellow within the spread sheets. Estimated Project length – 4 days.
