We're looking for a Customer Service Agent.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner
- Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues
-Read our brochures, user manuals and correct them as needed.
Your qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar
- Knowledge of the Internet
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
We will forward all incoming calls to your own mobile phone. Payment is based on forwarded calls duration.
