Pretty simple project.

I need to have a MS Word doc converted into a editable PDF document so I can use it in the field on my ipad.

I have attached the doc for review.

Details:

I want the check boxes to have a red checkmark placed in them when I select them.

I want a couple of dropdowns created for some of the fields that have specific values. (details upon award)

I want to hire immediately. I have several more if this one is successful.
