Bazilian/ Brazil Based Reporter Needed

I am looking for someone living in Brazil who lives near the refinery or ethanol production plants and can have access to interview local people and govenment officers. The story is about ethanol production and the writer must be able to take pictures of the places and the vihicles running with ethanol production. And some gas/ethanol production station etc. We need high resolution pictures with no copy rights for print. Best, ATIA
