Basic Website Content Needed

I'm going to build an information website on the subject of "bathrooms". Within this site, I will have several webpages. One webpage for each of the following topics: BATHROOM BASICS, WHAT MAKES A GREAT BATHROOM, BATHROOM TIPS, BATHROOM SINKS, BATHROOM CABINETS, BATHROOM TILE, BATHROOM LIGHTING, BATHROOM ACCESSORIES, BATHTUBS AND SHOWERS, BATHROOM MAGAZINES AND BOOKS, All I need for each bolded topic above is a basic, yet unique write-up around 150-250 words. I would like each write-up to contain the phrase that it is talking about (ex. bathroom tile), repeated throughout. I'm fairly open to the content you write for each subject, just be sure to make it clear and interesting. The more unique and informative, the better. I will want full rights to the written work. I'm sort of on a tight budget and I know I could write these myself, but I'm also limited on time. I'm looking for someone with experience and skills that will be willing to work with me. If you are good, I may use you for similar work on different subjects. Thank you! :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
