Article/Report re-write 2500 words

I have a 2500 word article that has been put together from research done by my assistant. I need this to be written into a format that is legible and makes sense. Right now it is just pasted content from previous publications, and has no continuity. I need it streamlined, and written in a less formal manner, something more accessible to a non-informed target audience. I will provide the .doc file of the paper as it is right now, plus the headlines I wanted researched and collated. I need you to finish this off and create an actual publishable or distributable download for me. I would also like to add more to it, so if you know the Probate Real Estate industry or can research more information that would be valuable to me also. Please bid accordingly, and identify the 2 areas as separate. 1. To rework what I already have 2. To add an additional 1000 words to the report to fill it out and complete it.
