Create Basic Excel worksheet from .PDF - 3 pages / Quick!

I have a 3 page PDF file which I need converted to an excel spreadsheet with releveant tables & formatting. This will require the winning bidder to read, retype, and format the PDF as an Excel (.xls) worksheet. I have attached the highest resolution version of this document which I have (as you will note, OCR is not a realistic option). I anticipate that a fast typist who is experienced with Excel should be able to complete this project in less than 1 hour so please bid appropriately and be available for this work immediately.
