Scripting You have been given a database from your Fitness Centre for all the new members that have signedup in the past 3 months. Your task is to design a script that you would use for a follow up phone call. The purpose of the call is as follows: To ensure the member is happy with their experience at the club To see if they are interested in having a new program developed with yourself; and To gauge their interest in a free Personal Training session Marking Criteria: Introduction and reason for call is made clearly and easily at the start of the conversation. Fitness goals are discussed and person responds to questions regarding how they are progressing and if they are achieving their goals Program is discussed and person is asked if they would like a review of the program. If ‘Yes’ is the response the person is then booked into a session Personal Training is discussed and if they are not doing PT a complimentary PT session is discussed and then book New freelancers are also welcomed. I have 24 hours for this
