Hi I have reviewed the project description and below is my understanding: 1. On the website, there will be two types of users. Dealers and End users. 2. The accounts of the dealers will be created by the admin whereas the accounts of end users (associated with the dealers) will be created by themselves. There could be 4 or more end users associated with the dealers. 3. The end users will basically post a form along with some supporting documents as a part of their claim. This will then be reviewed by the dealers. The dealers can approve/reject it or may ask more information to them. 4. Dealers could be 6 or even more. They can have 4 or more buyers (end users) associated with them. 5. Some financials of the buyers will be maintained on the website like their balance etc. We have many queries related to this. Such as: 1. Please provide more information regarding the claims. 2. How the buyers will use the balance ? 3. Would the system be available to a closed user group of people i.e. specific people or open to everyone since all functionality mentioned could be available only after login of e a user? 4. Would there be any front end, pages like about us, contact us, how it works etc.? 5. Is there any payment transaction ? Please open PMB to discuss this further.
