Clean my House or Business

I am seeking a friendly and reliable person to come and perform a weekly clean on my home/home office. The property is a three bedroom, two storey townhouse which is always immaculately kept, so the work should be easy. The tasks as described below take me approximately one hour each week, so I would expect the same. The tasks required would be: Week 1: - Light dust of surfaces - Spray clean bench tops, table tops, splash back tiles and desks - Sweep and mop tiled areas - Vacuum carpeted areas - Clean glass surfaces and any marks on walls on-demand (very low demand on this task) Week 2: - Clean both showers - screens and tiles - Clean bathroom vanity units - Clean toilets - Sweep / Hose external front entrance and rear patio cemented area.
