Clan-World Template Design

I represent a non-profit project, seeking to bring a rich set of tools to clans, called Clan-World. Essentially, the project is a site which will produce a number of features aimed primarily at helping clans build a web presence for themselves. I’ve ran a few clans in the past, and one of the biggest stumbling blocks for me was producing a website that showed all the information the clan needed to know, as well as showing the public what they needed to know. Clan-World’s primary goal is to produce the features that others have not – a fully customisable content management system and free hosting package, for clans to get their own web site with news, forums, messaging, calendars, rosters, server information, galleries and much more. We also intend to offer services such as hit counters for those who choose not to host their site with us. We’re looking for someone who can design us a website template. You can find a brief attached. The end project only needs to be an image file (with source from Fireworks, Photoshop etc...) and the fonts, images and other graphics used to make the final template. Slicing of the design does NOT need to be done as part of the project. The brief (mentioned above) contains more details about the requirements for the project.
