Complete Rip of Wix Website

I require a full rip of the following website: [login to view URL] The website is fairly basic with static HTML and jQuery, however wix uses server side code to serve up the HTML making it difficult to rip the website by just using your browser. The rip should be exactly the same as this site and should include all of the files and resources (HTML template, scripts, images etc.) to be sent to me in a zip folder. All resources should be included in the zip folder and the ripped website should no longer reference any files hosted on Wix servers. If easier, you're welcome to recreate the website, but it must look and behave in the exact same way. Many thanks
