Custom Project - Zoho Creator & CRM configuration

Need a Zoho Creator formed to be embeded in website. Information from submited form will need to transfer/synchronize to Zoho CRM. CRM fields need to be confirgured based on information submitted. This process is to allow new "potential" customers to submit information, have it assigned to a reprensative within Zoho CRM, and then allow reps to update files as needed (via file uploads, note/call history, follow-up actions, etc) thru the end of sales process.
