I need a simple command line program written in unmanaged C++ (Visual Studio 2010) that call [url removed, login to view] for .NET via COM interop

The program takes from the command line 2 parameter

- the path of an input .eml file (mail message in rfc822 format)

- the path of an output .msg file (mail message in Outlook format)

and convert the first one into the second.
