Create a solidworks model of overhead electrical lines and masts

We require a Solidworks model of overhead power lines, the supporting structures, poles masts etc. and the ground with the railway line. The finished assembly will look similar to what is shown in the attached photos.
Please allow for 4 different types of mast/support - I have attached several drawings showing the different types.
1 Assembly file should be supplied containing:
*4 types of mast/support, 10m between each one.
*Electrical wires hanging from the masts
*Support wires to hold the electrical wires
*2x Railway tracks approximatly 5m apart and 50m long
*Railway track sleepers spaced every 500mm
Distance between the inside faces of the rails should be 1067mm (known as narrow gauge)
There is no need to model nuts, bolts or other small parts.
You are not modelling the vehicle, just the railway and the electrical supply structures.
The model MUST be a native Solidworks model in Solidworks up to version 2015. We cannot accept Solidworks 2016 because we cannot open a 2016 file.
Please show us that you have actually read this brief by stating the colour of the vehicle shown in the photo in your response. Those that do not do this will be instantly dismissed.
Drawings will be provided to show the required dimensions of the poles and the height and position of the wires.
The model must be visually accurate but the dimensions may be +/- 50mm. Some dimensions will have to be scaled from the drawings or estimated. All drawings will be supplied in PDF format from scanned documents so you cannot simply import vectors.
To be awarded this work you MUST:
*Use Solidworks 2012-2015
*Model in Solidworks, do not use other software and convert to Solidworks.
*All files submitted must be native solidworks files
*You must scale the missing dimensions from the drawings provided.
