Hello, I have built a similar service in the past using a Siemens TC65 GSM modem; for the software part I've used Python as it works pretty well on Linux, Mac and Windows. The schedule (hours of operation) seems also doable (we need to discuss here if keeping the delayed messages in the application memory is enough or we need a database to store them). Starting it automatically seems also OK as is sending an email when an issue occurs. The modem model shouldn't be a problem as long as it supports the AT commands set. Best wishes, iticus
