c# Populating a menu from SQLite query /* quick job */

I am trying to populate a scrollable menu with items from a sqlite database. I have the code for the scrollable menu, it works fine see attached image. I need help amending the loop to iterate through the SQLite results and, fill each rowLabel string. I have split the sql query from the C# just for clarity, in the finished product they shall be together in one file. I don't imagine it will take long, just somebody who is knows nested loops, I am completely lost when it comes to them I can also send the full unity project later if that helps.
