I'm looking for a senior C# programmer that will help me improve my programming knowledge. I have some intermediate knowledge in C# and VB.NET and I want to improve my coding skills in general. I have already coded several winforms application with multithreading. What I want now is to be able to really code reusable components. I want to learn the best programming practices and patterns. I want to learn to implement IoC pattern for instance the right way. What I'm looking for is someone that is very often connected on Skype and is a senior C# programmer.
