Convert ASM source file to C source file for PIC16F Micro-controller

I am an Electrical Engineer having specialization in Electronics and Control, teaching in Electrical Department at FAST National University Pakistan. I am also persuing my MS degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in CONTROL. I have taught the followings courses, and also done many projects related to these subjects as well as related to consumer electronics products. 1. Direct conversion is a bit difficult, but rewriting is possible. I can read the PIC ASM source file and rewrite the complete source codes in C and the XC8 compiler will be used for compiling. Please share the asm file so that I know how big the file is and can estimate the work load. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to hear from you. By the way, I am currently working on similar kind of work where I am just developing a boot loader program for PIC16F1789 MCU. Microchip offers ASM source file for it, but for the sake of portability to other MCUs I am just migrating codes from ASM to C. Yes, the file becomes just a bit higher in size because of overheads in C and my XC8 compiler is a free version one so the optimization is limited. Quality on my job is guaranteed. Regards...Roy
