I need code(16MHz) that powers 10 CC/CV modules in my case LED letters, i also have 3 CC/CV modules that control LED border line around the letters.
Letters are APARTMENTS
A1 ->PC0
P1 ->PC1
A2 ->PC2
R1 ->PC3
T1 ->PC4
M1 ->PB0
E1 ->PB1
N1 ->PB2
T2 ->PB3
S1 ->PB4
B1 ->PD7
B2 ->PD6
B3 ->PD5
Border is made of 3 series of LEDs so it can have pattern of snake or something else, letters should have also at least five pattern and one that cycles all of them(pattern).Pins PD0...PD4 are intend for input signal(switches they have no resistor so pull up must be enabled) Pin PC5 and PB5 are intended for relay on/off mode that power CC/CV modules so i need those two pins to turn relay when i turn on the [login to view URL] uC is the first thing that gets power when i turn billboard on then chip puts all letters OFF(logical 1 inverse logic) and after that turns the relays ON located on pins PC5 and PB5 on (3sec delay between pins PC5 and PB5). After this one of the patterns should automatically work, OFF feature would be nice so i can turn of the billboard and relays before mains is off!

This project of your uses atmega328 which is most commonly used on arduino boards, I have designed a similar layout for a different circuit and was able to program it to what it needs to be.
