Cycle analysis research in market. Using MEM burg algorithm.

We already have a active X DLL written in C++ for this algorithm. We want to make improvements on it and research even different methods. Need to be strong math, digital filters as well as C++ programming Project uses Microsoft Visual Studio, currently the old 6.0 but we will upgrade it to 2008-2010 in this process. Depending how this project goes there are other strong math based projects like Rough sets and neural networks. We would like to create a complete set of test data in CSV format to test our current burg algorithm. Please do not bid on this project if you math is not strong enough to handle the follow up of fixing the algorithm if needed. I want a program which can produce this sample data not only for a single sine wave but combinations of sine waves to test handling harmonics and pulling out multiple periods. I would like frequency converted to period , because its easier to work with in this application.
