Authenticode signed WinUSB driver and auto install

We currently use a standard set of WinUSB drivers for a device we produce and wish to make it easier for our clients to use. This job is to take our existing WinUSB drivers and make a auto install file that will install the drivers on Windows XP and newer operating systems. For this purpose, you can use software solutions such as a Wise script etc. or you can code your own. The final driver and software package needs to be signed by you so that it can install on Vista (64 bit) and Windows 7. **The finished driver package will include:** 1) Driver folder (for manual install) 2) Driver install file (.exe that will automatically install) As a software developer, you must already have and use a registered Authenticode certificate that can be used for software signing and is rooted to Microsoft. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7. 32 and 64 bit versions.
