Custom Winform with Dual Treeviews using MSSQL

I am looking for someone to write a Winforms application in VS2008. It should be developed in two phases. The first phase will be the root application that will have 2 Treeviews, one of which needs to be multi select enabled. By selecting one item from left side Treeview and multiple items from Right Treeview, a user will be presented with the option to ‘associate’ the entities via a button. The application will need to read and write to MS SQL server via stored procedures. Most/all of the SQL procedures have been written and the application will just need to recognize the keyclick and call a SP. I will supply various documentation, form definitions, and Database tables and procedures from a quick prototype I put together. Second phase will include the addition of being able to search for items and report on the associations. It would be acceptable to use some of the existing Treeview controls, however this code will be deployed at a client site, so all source code and proper rights for any controls will need to be included and or documented.
