Will be interest to work on your project. I have experience in C/C++, Qt, python and django. For desktop can use C/C++ plus Qt, or python/django on the web using heroku service. Also I have experience with web scraping, currently maintaining a online store and regularly scrap supplier website for uploading to client website. Will be interested to know more.
