Attiny 2/4/861 Software UART for AVRStudio 5.1 Source

Simple project for AVR Studio 5.x programmers. I need a software UART driver for the attiny 2/4/861 series that uses the USI pins 20/19/18 Three Wire mode. Atmel has AVR307 bi-directional example but its for IAR. I need this to work in AVR Studio using interrupts NOT polling. I need to compile it in my AVR Studio and send command using: Pololu programmer [login to view URL] which has TTL interface on it to my attiny861 then project will be paid. 50USD is my budget and is a give away for any experienced AVR Studio programmer.
