Hi, I'm electronic and avionic designer and verificator for critical airplane systems.
Now I have the arduino Due and I work with it for many project(including motion processing and system command). for signal processing I use much more Matlab and simulink to validate the treatment and model then I try to port this last one to the arduino with c++.
for your case, I and my friend have large knowledge about electrical system and network problem(harmonic and distortion, FFT, inductive compensator, unbalanced phase detector, phase inversion detector,overcurrent protection, over/under frequency and over ripple for DC, contactor management ..;) but generally on theoretical aspect (for last ones, we have already developed a full electrical system protection of an airplane but on FPGA, which is more powerful for parallel treatment).
Depending on your exact problem, we can continue / or start from scratch to develop the analyser.
Now I need much more technical detaille before I can promise you anything.
For work method with costumer, we start a feasibility study and develop a very early prototype at our charge including the main functionalities (here, a analyser of the detaille that you will send).
when we get a practical result, we send you this one and if it is the expected one, then you can pay us and continue the next steps of the project.
