Desktop Application & Browser Toolbar

We have developed an online storage site similar to [login to view URL] and esnips.com. However, our site has not launched yet. We need one final component to our system, which is an uploading software (available for both mac and pc). This software would function exactly the same as the software provided by esnips.com. So basically, we need a clone of the software provided by [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). Additional modules that will be included in the software are a HTML editor, Photo editor/resizer, web snipping, and screen capture. All these modules are included in the software provided by esnips.com. Basically, the software should allow the user to upload their files from their desktop to our online storage site. Also, it includes a toolbar for internet browsers (IE/Firefox/Safari) which users can use to save data from the web onto out online storage site. Before making a bid, please download the software from [login to view URL] to get a solid understanding of what we want. We need the software to be compatible on MAC and PC, and the toolbar should work on all major browsers (IE/Firefox/Mozilla/Safara/Opera). The software must be optimized for fast performance. You may code the software in the language of your choice. We recommend JAVA with the use of SWING. Lastly, the code can not be redistributed and all rights belong to the buyer.
