I have an existing software solution that reads/writes embroidery file formats. It's been programmed some time ago and the code requires optimization and improvement.
You have to have solid knowledge of C++/ATL/VC++/JS (and AJAX technologies)/ASP.NET and math. It is also desirable that you have experience working with computer graphics since the "code improvement" part of this project involves creating an algorithm that adds texture to vector graphics.
I will send technical specifications and other information to whomever I deem to be suitable for the job. Please, evaluate your abilities prior to placing bids.

DEADLINE:
3 months at the most
This is a fixed price contract and I will not pay a cent less or more than the stated budget. Therefore, I will choose bids based on the quality of one's portfolio/level of expertise/feedback and if you could send some demo, that will also be good.
You must be fluent (!) in English.
No exceptions.
