I have worked for more than four years in the leading Petroleum company in the Philippines as Pricing and Planning Analyst. Throughout my tenure, I coordinated with various key groups such as Supply & Operations, Accounting and Finance, as well as IT in my daily operations and projects. Hence, I am well-versed with identifying processes and documentation of these for my reporting.
I will first discuss with you on the first day the nature of the company. Then I will draft a questionnaire (to be cleared with you on the second day) that will include the daily, weekly, monthly and other regular routines of the Accounting and Human Resource (HR) Groups. To proceed with the project, I will coordinate with various senior personnel from the said groups to document their processes. From there, I will be able to identify the recommendation/s (if applicable).
For illustration purposes, I will use charts (type of which will be cleared with you). Narration for both Accounting and HR processes along with role responsibilities will be separately discussed.
Should you desire to hire me, I will keep my communications line open for us all throughout the project implementation. However, I will also be needing your cooperation on possible clarifications along the way for us to be on the same page on this project.
