Two bedroom apartment in Rose Bay that requires an independant dilapidation report completed before I commence renovation which includes structural work (removing a wall). It would require a couple of hours to take photos of two apartments above and around the building and write a report. The apartment is on the ground floor with two floors above in a heritage listed block built in the 1930's.
