Basic setup AWS server and Boonex to run

I have an AWS account. I want to know how much to do the following: 1) Create an instance in my AWS 2) Get it run a webmin admin panel and give access to it 3) Upload a permanent license of Boonex to the webmin. (I will give you license number) 4) Setup the requested nameservers and IP to point a domain to it 5) Create 6 admin accounts within boonex ie, I want you to setup Boonex against a domain name using my AWS account so I can go in and play with it, create email addresses, load a template, customize it myself etc.
