Architectural CAD drawing over 5 existing building photos (raster image)

WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for a dedicated, careful and systematic cad operator (ideally architect), working full time to trace in Autocad 5 high quality illustrations of different buildings (medium complexity). JOB ESTIMATED TIME: 1-3 hours per image depending on the image complexity and your skills. WE PROVIDE: We are supplying you the following: 1 - Colour photographs of each building to be traced. 2 - Reference image of the graphical expression expected in these illustrations WE OFFER: 1 - Prompt payment after the delivery. 2 - Flexible working time JOB SKILLS: The job requires good adobe illustrator skills and good communication. BEFORE YOU BID: In order to evaluate your skills, and validate your offer, we will give you during the bidding period a demo package with a sample image to trace a small portion of it. You have to return us the result in Autocad DWG or PDF. Please ask us for the demo pack by sending us a message. This will give you a feeling of the task and give us a serious way of checking your work. PAYMENT: We will pay in milestones. 1 Image = 1 milestone. We will control your work on a low resolution Jpeg file. We expect that you can deliver these packages quickly. THE WINNER WILL BE: We will award the project based on: 1 - Architectural drawing skills: clean and precise drawings 2 - Production capacity (can also depend on how many resources you can allocate to the project) 3 - Communication 4 - General IT skills 5 - Price AND BY THE WAY: We intend to continue working with a wide range of illustration projects, therefore there will be more work after this project.
