The only way this can be accomplished is to provide a set of tones or melodic lines within the music (or background sound effects) that are producing a Binaural Beat at the Alpha frequency to stimulate the associated brain frequency. I can produce music backs or sounds of nature and embed an Alpha Binaural Beat. I would recommend low audible level tones to produce the Alpha beat starting extremely low and increasing to a moderately low level within the first 5 minutes.
