Content Writing for an application website

A new business need to enrich its new website content with around twenty interesting and informative articles. The articles content would require to have subjects related to the services the company will provide, marketing content for clients as well as for users so to convince them to install the application by giving details on how it works etc the freelancer that will win the project, before starts, will have to first discuss arrange 1-2 meetings so to discuss the business concept and processes so to take notes, prepare and come back with ideas of 20-30 different subject titles that will be recommended, so for us to choose 20 of them that would be used initially. After that the content writer will have to create the articles that would not need to be more than one page per article (around 400-600 words each), after the content will be sent to us and read, a revision phase would might be required for the final fixes of the articles.
