Changes to our DNN backend to allow for easier editing, some content uploading

We have a website created with DNN. It is currently divided into German and English (same content/photos/etc on both, just in German in one portal, and English in the other). Currently, for us to add a new page, we must create two indepedent pages. Ideally, we would like to be able to create a single page (one set of photos, layout, etc) and have a way to be able to have it populated with either the english or german text depending on what option the user has selected on the front page. Additionally, we want to be able to populate it with additional languages in the same fashion, without having to completely recreate the entire website each time we want to add a new language. Currently, we have a Spanish translation of the site we would like to see uploaded. So in total, the project will be to revamp the infrastructure of the site to allow for pages to be populated with multi-language text dependant on the preference selected on the main page, without creating multiple copies of each page for each language independent of one another, as well as to allow for an easy integration of new languages to be added, and the immediate implementation of the spanish translation onto our website.
