Create a bespoke virtual event simulator

My name is Jin. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Responsive design, Ajax, D3.js & mySql. Your requirement is for lottery ball race app which is animated by lottery balls with legs racing down a track. In order to do an animation with legs, you will need a graphic artist to provide a number of 3D balls with legs in different running motion. I can paint on the numbers on each ball via the script. This is more complicated animation. A simpler animation will just be balls without legs racing/rolling down a track and this can be done more easily just with programming and not requiring extra graphic artist work. I am quoting this simpler option if you are interested. Will there just be one winner or are you expecting say first 7 balls out of 40 crossing the finishing line? Anyway, I hope you can consider my alternative animation. This method uses HTML5 & SVG. This will work on all modern browsers and devices. Flash based animation will not work on iOS and some devices.
