Animator for short film (low budget)

I have written a story and planned to make a movie from it. I need the film fully animated and it is low budget. I am looking for an *artistic* animator who can make stuff quickly and easily but also with a flair of originality. It's a very interesting story which is a bit of a mind twister, similar to Butterfly Effect, A scanner darkly and Donnie Darko. The film needs to capture emotion. The story will feature a couple of characters, a little bit of action and some nightmares about the end of the world. The movie should be about 15 - 20 minutes long. The quality must be clean and clear. The sound will be added by myself and I am also considering adding some real footage in some scenes of the movie. I plan to show the movie in local cinemas in Prague, Czech Republic. Animators name will be added to the credits of the movie. Please send some examples of your work. There is not a BIG rush in this movie, so I would apreciate low bids with as much time as you need. As long as you want to be part of the film.
