Animation of a refracted electromagnetic wave

It maybe sounds difficult, but it really isnt. [url removed, login to view] that is attached to this project shows how the animation should look like (without all those symbols), but the EM wave (on Picture1 a basic black line) should consist of 2 components, electric field which should be colored in red and magnetic field which should be colored in blue. Those two components have to be perpendicular. To get the idea how that EM wave should look like, I attached another picture called Picture2.jpg.

So, the way that animation should work is that an incoming EM wave that hits some kind of surface should get reflected under the same angle, and a small part of EM wave should get refracted in another wave (this part of EM wave should be a bit lighter or a bit more narrow in comparison to the original wave). All of this is kind of summed up in the Picture1.

Doesnt have to be 3d, doesnt have to have a lot of frames, just a basic "ugly" animation, but it has to look like I described it.

I am new to this freelancing thing, but I can pay via paypal.

Hello, I am not so sure what you want on animations. I mean is that picture one you want the animation to get done or picture 2? I would like to discuss on details if you send me private message. Thank you
