Create a video icon

Create an animated gif 'icon' like the "What was he thinking" dancing icon at <[login to view URL]> Using this video <[login to view URL]> We just want a little motion to attract attention so they can click and see the entire video. I have attached the little Photoshop design element. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
