We want a new plugin for openfire or add to restapi some features,URL:

The plugin must store data (message id, message body, from, to, delivery status, raw xml ...etc) and the information saved should be compatible with openfire database shema.

All the roles of plugin MUST implement the functionality of XEP-0198 subprotocol (Stream Management).

So the above component can do these taskes via http api:

- Send to a list of registred users a message (every message should have an ID).

- Request the delivery status by message id ( delivered/not deliverd to the client).

The recipients are any xmpp client that support XEP-0198.
