Creating a clone of website and plugins for android and ios

Hello We are searching for freelancer which will develop for us solution with all the functions which are on website [login to view URL] --> Draw sketch. This website is used to make a sketch of accident - means driver involved in accident can make on this website sketch of accident place with predefined road fragments and predefined cars and then make a sketch save them and send this and include in report. Developer have to deliver: a) to create a standalone website - as on sample website - means clone of [login to view URL] which will be connected via API with our android and ios apps which we are developing b) a plugin which will be integrated in our android and ios app which we are developing - this plugins must have very similar functions as on sample website [login to view URL] means both of them have to be created. Some small design and layout changes and changes of images are allowed, but have to include all the functions as on refference website [login to view URL] We demand daily reporting about progress No milestone and advance payments. Payment will follow after project will be finished and instaled on our server and apps. regards
