Android app - recruitment business app

I have a simple recruitment website using Joomla 1.5 and component Sobi2. I would like to find a programmer who can develop an Android app which allows the user to search for jobs on that website (JSON has been installed by a previous developer). I will provide precise instructions and artwork for the app. App needs to allow user to search for jobs on the website (and allow the user to apply by email), plus also search for publications (using a second instance of Sobi2 component on the website - you need to install JSON for this). I will prefer bidders who can provide examples of similar projects.
