Android Application Needed

I need an Android application. This application will include the usage of: 1) Database on device - to input data, view, and search data 2) Camera for multiple pictures/images 3) Camera for barcode and UPC retrieval - and auto filling retrieved data. 4) Connection to internet for UPC info retrieval 5) Around 10 edit boxes and options for the items entered (example: Cost, date,..etc.) 6) Menu to sort/view/categorize/edit/add/delete entries. 7) Import/Export DB data into some other exportable format (need advise on this) 8) Connection to internet for Emailing data entry. 9) Step by step instructions on how to build it (including SDK installations ..etc.) Detailed Specs and Requirements will be provided to Awards candidate.
