Android/iPhone app to keep track of technician's inspections

The company that I work for need an app so that it's technicians stop using those ugly excel worksheets. The app must list, add and edit records containing: company name and date of the inspection and the products inspected, where the technician will: - give it an id - inform where it's located (text and audio should be accepted) - take as many pictures from it as needed - search the product code from within a predefined list (just type TDF*20 and is should list all TDF****20 products so he can choose) - select which accessories the product has (just checkboxes) - inform wether the product must be replaced or not - if it does, search the product code for the replacement (same process as selecting the product code) Finally, the user must save the inspection. That's all.
