3D stills plus animation for video

Hello Everyone
We are looking for someone who can
>Model 8 offices in this style ( see jpg attached )
>Model 1 office like this style but with color and some textures
>Make an animation that goes from one of the stills to a skyline ( in this wireframe style)
>Make an animation that goes from the skyline to our clients logo
The idea is that you have a camera with a wide angle lens travelling along a corridor where there's this 8 rooms. The rooms have no front wall so you can see the insides. We want the feeling that the camera is travelling so it should be done in 3D to respect perspectives. No 8 stills pasted in after effects side by side,if that makes it clearer.
Some of the offices are empty but a few elements appear ( an air conditioning in the wall, a radiator, a pc, a lamp, a silhouette of a person seated in a table, etc ) and texts appear with these elements as well. We will provide a list of the elements and some references, the texts...everything, but you will have to help us with the style of objects etc.
Other effects to enhance the text will be needed, but there would be simple effects. If you have window 7 and a wacom you'll have noticed that a circle appears when you click. This kind of effect

Added skyline sample- We'd like to have something that looks like this. Not a 3d wireframe city but a 2d with either solid shapes and some volumes or just the outline
