Affiliate Website Duplication

I am looking to have a website designed that has a similar layout as www.walmart.com. This website will bw used as an affiliate site to [login to view URL] and www.linkshare.com. Inside the site I would like to have pages of links so visitors can go to the merchants of their choice to purchase products. I would also like to be able to duplicate the site so I can resell it to other affiliates? example site name is: [login to view URL] which would be the name registered with cj and linkshare can this site [login to view URL] have a different page ([login to view URL]) which would be the one that I would resell to a jr. affiliate so he can promote so people can buy products through his site where he can generate the revenue. Talking with linkshare they said they can set up channels to calculate the revenue that come from the jr. affiliates site and the main sites revenue. I would need the jr affiliate add on pages and setup to be automated. Also would need a user friendly setup so I could update the links on the pages.
