Add html Template to dating software and customize fields

I have a dating software vldpersonals which uses php and mysql. I need the dating template I created in html to be implemented on the homepage and wrapped around the site on pages. I need minor modification to the php for example, changing the fields required to sign up on the home page and changing the questions asked to complete profile. Also modifying the tabs that we don't need. Must be able to be done fast... within 24 hours.
